About the Role

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with the enrollment process, and answering questions related to healthcare and pension plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to clients via phone, email, and instant message
  • Build rapport with clients and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements
  • Translate complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that clients can understand and act upon
  • Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
  • Phone work experience
