We are expanding our team with a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead our ambitious AI and ML projects, building on the success of our innovative G-P Meridian SuiteTM.

The Role:

As Principal Product Manager for AI & ML at G-P, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of groundbreaking products that are disrupting the Global Employment industry. This role is designed for an agile, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about crafting products that enable rapid and scalable global business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI and ML initiatives, aligned with G-P's mission of enabling frictionless global expansion for employers of all sizes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch products that integrate advanced AI and ML capabilities.
  • Build deep relationships with customers and industry partners to gain insights that drive the development of customer-centric and technically sophisticated product features.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle with a focus on outcomes, prioritizing features based on their potential business impact and user value.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI and ML products and drive continuous improvement.
  • Employ continuous learning through product performance metrics and user feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI and ML, assessing their applicability to our strategic goals and integrating them into our product ecosystem where beneficial.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the AI space.
  • Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all products.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years specifically in AI and ML products.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI and ML technologies and their applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven products with a focus on solving real customer problems in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional ability to merge user needs with business goals to create compelling product strategies.
  • Inspirational leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of motivating diverse teams and fostering an environment that values innovation and experimentation.
  • Experienced with Agile and Lean methodologies, thriving in environments that prioritize fast-paced, iterative development cycles and quick pivots based on learning.
  • Extensive knowledge of current AI and ML technologies and industry best practices. Recent GenAI product experience is a definite plus, but other AL/ML or Data Science-driven product experience is welcome.
  • Technical background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
