Position Overview:

Circle is on the lookout for a Principal Product Manager to spearhead the creation of Internal Tooling systems and platforms. This position entails working in close collaboration with various stakeholders to design and execute tools that bolster compliance, finance, and other critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product management, particularly within compliance and business tooling domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating the product strategy and roadmap for Internal Tools
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize initiatives
  • Establishing strong relationships with key partners across multiple departments
  • Recognizing and addressing operational gaps and inefficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in deploying compliance technologies
  • Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency sectors
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in designing compliance workflows
  • Capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $187,500 - $240,000

Annual Bonus Target: Not specified

Additional benefits include equity and a variety of health and retirement options.
