Providence is calling for Medication Aide to Providence Mother Joseph Care Center in Olympia, Washington.

Job Description:
Under the direct supervision of an RN, the Medication Aide performs medication administration and prescriber-ordered treatments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS
  • American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Medication Assistant Certification Endorsement
  • Upon hire: Successfully pass NCSBN Medication Assistant Certification exam
  • 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as a MAC in a health care setting
