Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and support the lives of residents while ensuring a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Adhere to individualized support plans to provide person-centered care, assisting individuals in achieving their goals and addressing behavioral challenges.
  • Support may include verbal assistance, partial or full physical aid, and personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
  • Maintain cleanliness within the home and assist with meal preparation.
  • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors from individuals, including verbal and/or physical aggression.
  • Provide transportation and support individuals in community activities such as appointments, shopping, and personal outings.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Preferred: At least one year of caregiving experience.
