- Adhere to individualized support plans to provide person-centered care, assisting individuals in achieving their goals and addressing behavioral challenges.
- Support may include verbal assistance, partial or full physical aid, and personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
- Maintain cleanliness within the home and assist with meal preparation.
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors from individuals, including verbal and/or physical aggression.
- Provide transportation and support individuals in community activities such as appointments, shopping, and personal outings.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Preferred: At least one year of caregiving experience.
