Job Summary

The General Manager of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at Lumen Field, ensuring high standards of guest experience, safety, and financial performance. This role requires a seasoned food and beverage leader who can drive operational performance and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing
  • Ensure all concession areas have proper displays and merchandise
  • Execute all security, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Provide operational planning to ensure adequate teaming levels and product ordering
  • Follow and execute preventative maintenance schedules
  • Hold team accountable to steps of service for great guest service
  • Ensure show quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, and Levy team members
  • Regularly obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations
  • Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues
  • Execute all menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Clubs & Bars
  • Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals
  • Achieve assigned budget goals
  • Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies
  • Effectively verify all opening and closing inventories
  • Execute required daily reporting in a timely manner
  • Ensure required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing
  • Ensure team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines
  • Forecast and adequately schedule team members to meet operational needs and desired targets
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are being performed
  • Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and ready for operation
  • Ensure complete maintenance and on-site training of the current POS system and concession equipment
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings to ensure open communication between management and team members
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft and Google programs
  • Ability to craft elevated menus
  • Intensive liquor inventory control experience
  • Understanding of financial concepts, including food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead large groups, including other managers on the floor
  • Must be highly organized

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Quick service restaurant management experience
