Job Summary:

The General Manager of Food and Beverage Operations is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at Lumen Field, ensuring high standards of guest experience, safety, and financial performance. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive operational performance, execute security and sanitation standards, and build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient food and beverage service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and product control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Lead a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clubs & Bars to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
  • High degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft and Google programs
  • Ability to craft elevated menus and promotions
  • Intensive liquor inventory control experience
  • Understanding of financial concepts, including food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead large groups, including other managers on the floor
  • Must be highly organized

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Quick service restaurant management experience
