Join Benchmark Human Services as an Assistant Director in the Birth to Three programThe Assistant Director will assist with the operational functions of the Birth to Three Program.Support program development through staff training, assessment of family needs, and serve as an active participant in the early intervention community.Comply with all Federal and State regulations, including those outlined in the Connecticut Birth to Three Policies and Procedures.Assist with oversight of the program, including recruitment, public awareness and all administrative functions associated with operating the Program Assist with hiring of early intervention staff.Assist with performance reviews for early intervention staff.Participate in Birth to Three sponsored trainings, meetings and learning opportunities as appropriate.Actively participate in early intervention related committees/workgroups.
