Directing the Digital Services portfolio and other related technologies and program areas, including business process reengineering, application development and delivery, systems training development and delivery; requirements management, systems integration, and quality assurance.

Representing the DCIO internally and externally on matters of assigned responsibility.

Directing change management and organizational development methods, problem solving, knowledge management, facilitation, communications, customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups, organizational optimization, and conflict resolution to assure desired outcomes are achieved and programs are implemented successfully.

Enhancing the customer experience by overseeing all EA digital delivery and innovation under one portfolio by functionally aligning services through unified, intake, solutioning, and project engagement processes this includes incorporating human centered design principles, Section 508 compliance, use of standard web design system, etc.

Working with organizations across the Department to ensure all matters related to the planning, developing, integration, and implementation of these technology applications support the strategic goals and objectives necessary for successful management throughout the Department.

Keeping abreast of new and emerging applications of technology, and their application to Treasury's desired organizational outcomes and those desired by bureau management.
