What You'll Be Doing:

The Inside Sales Representative will drive growth by securing new accounts and expanding relationships within the SMB and Midmarket segments (organizations with fewer than 500 employees). This role is crucial for achieving strategic business objectives, including increasing market share, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer success with contract values between $1K-$100K.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Polycam platform.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the SMB and Midmarket segments, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with SMB and Midmarket clients, establishing Polycam as a trusted advisor and preferred vendor.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, leveraging a consultative approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Influence pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and maximize value for SMB and Midmarket clients, considering market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Increase customer adoption and expand Polycam's footprint within SMB and Midmarket environments, driving product usage.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic business development and sales, particularly in selling SaaS products to SMB and Midmarket segments
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth with a large extended team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change within dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of the 3D landscape, including key stakeholders, decision-making processes, and industry challenges.
