Job Summary:

A Project Coordinator performs customer and team facing functions to efficiently execute field operations and support the business development efforts of Ground Penetrating Radar Systems, LLC. Through the performance of operations, logistics, and clerical functions as well as professional customer communications, this team member can assist and support the greater vision of GPRS to provide a sensational experience to our customers.

A day in the life of a Project Coordinator will include:

  • Coordinate the execution of all components of assigned projects from taking order through deliverables including but not limited to responding to all customer, management or technician inquiries, ensuring all contracts are in place and executed and answering all emails, texts and phone calls.
  • Ensure business system is kept current with complete and accurate information related to assigned projects. Maintain project records, reports and filing systems and ensure that these systems are up to date following company procedures for maintaining records.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate for assigned projects and include all required line item billings.
  • Ensure client has a great customer service experience and provide appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinate all scope and contract changes as necessary both internally and externally.
  • Use project knowledge to achieve maximum sales revenue and minimum costs including but not limited to managing subcontractors and labor.
  • Analyze customer projects and operations capacity as needed to determine most efficient and scheduling plan.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities associated with assigned projects and clients.
  • Cross and up-selling efforts are important parts of the job.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with sales organization internally.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

  • This is a full time onsite position Monday thru Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
  • Possess excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and hard working
  • Possess effective organization skills demonstrating the ability to prioritize and execute an ever-changing workload.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skill.
  • Ability to display professionalism in a wide variety of customer interactions
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet background criteria commensurate with industry standards
  • Offer strength in operations process support and logistics systems.
  • Display problem solving skills within back-of-house operations tasks.
