Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, organize, and manage detailed project plans for acquisition processes, encompassing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment regarding project goals and deliverables.
  • Effectively manage the integration of all acquisitions, emphasizing organized execution of systems and processes for a seamless integration.
  • Encourage robust collaboration across departments including Business Development, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure comprehensive attention to all aspects of the acquisition process.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to bridge departmental gaps, ensuring all parties remain aligned and informed throughout the integration.
  • Act as the primary contact for all project-related communications concerning acquisitions, ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the integration process, focusing on organized problem-solving.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to uncover potential risks and issues related to acquisitions, ensuring systematic risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage identified risks, ensuring a structured approach to risk management.
  • Monitor and report on project performance against established goals and objectives, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Adhere to and manage change management strategies to facilitate the successful integration of new acquisitions.
  • Promote a positive environment during transitions to enhance employee engagement and minimize disruptions, focusing on effective communication and organization.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive plan for a smooth post-acquisition handoff, ensuring all processes and responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure continuity and address any emerging issues or gaps following the acquisition.
  • Provide support and oversight to guarantee a seamless transition and integration of acquired entities into HealthyU Clinics' operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to align with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing key tasks to deliver results within designated timelines.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, summarizing project status, risks, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or integration, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in managing multiple timelines, projects, and priorities.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
