Job Overview

Position: Hi-Tech Services Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders including owners, general contractors, engineers, and architects to establish project specifications.
  • Negotiate agreements with external suppliers to secure beneficial contracts.
  • Identify required resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Oversee all construction activities and coordinate timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Procure necessary equipment and materials, maintaining adequate inventory levels to address shortages promptly.
  • Recruit contractors and team members, assigning roles and responsibilities effectively.
  • Work closely with site supervisors to guide laborers and foremen, providing direction as necessary.
  • Assess project progress and compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely communication of all work-in-progress billing to the finance department.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations, promptly addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in construction project management.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, building science, or a related field; or a minimum of 6 years of experience in semiconductor facility construction/maintenance may substitute for a degree.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and health and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with construction and project management software.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with proven leadership qualities.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Compensation Package:

  • Dependent on experience.
  • Gain Share Bonus Program: 10% of base salary (contingent on achieving revenue, gross profit, and net profit targets).
  • Company vehicle provided.
