Reconstruction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Comprehend and interpret project scopes, Xactimate, and insurance estimates.
- Oversee the details of various projects simultaneously.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary limits and timelines.
- Capable of importing notes, uploading documents, and images as necessary.
- Responsible for acquiring essential documents for each project from the designated Project Coordinator.
- Establish and maintain thorough and precise physical production files.
- Handle incoming calls for new project losses and delegate to the relevant teams as required.
- Develop selection sheets for project specifications.
- Participate in team and departmental meetings.
- Manage collections post-project completion.
- Provide updates on project progress and any challenges encountered.
- Prior experience in construction is preferred.
- Possess strong business acumen and communication skills.
