Campaign Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the core squad members (Product Marketing, Campaign Strategy, Content, Web) to develop comprehensive demand generation programs that align with Juniper Networks' goals and target market segments.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, events, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials into market.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize tactics to maximize ROI and achieve targets on an ongoing basis.

Content Development and Messaging:

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to develop compelling campaign content.
  • Leverage and extend clear and concise messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates Juniper Networks' value proposition in demand generation programs across all marketing channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with campaign strategy, product marketing, sales, content and web to ensure alignment of campaign messaging and tactics.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional and field marketing teams for localized campaign execution.
  • Prioritize work, secure resources and identify gaps on weekly basis on weekly squad stand-up meetings.

Campaign Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, meetings held, pipeline contribution and revenue attribution.
  • Regularly conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and demand generation.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to establish meaningful relationships with peers to solve challenges or drive decisions.

Knowledge of the technology industry, networking solutions, and/or enterprise software is a plus.

Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.

Minimum Salary: $108,750.00

Maximum Salary:$166,750.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $108,750.00 and $166,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
