Job Summary

The role of Bank Reconciliation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate management of company funds through the management of reporting and process execution.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily verification of cash and credit card settlements
  • Review chargeback processing and reporting
  • Request support and backup for credit card charges that are in dispute in partnership with the operations finance teams
  • Prepare journal entries to the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items
  • Request change orders and armored car service
  • Assist with MID/TID requests
  • Submit wire and ACH requests
  • Prepare daily cash deposits
  • Field inquiries from locations
  • Assist with ad hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience
  • Experience with credit card processing
  • SAP experience, strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels
  • Detailed oriented and organized
