Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize or initiate wire transfers within the banking portal, Treasury Management System, or administrative interface.
- Document daily banking transactions in Wall Street Office and maintain bank reconciliation spreadsheets.
- Conduct daily reconciliations for various managed fund accounts.
- Collaborate with other internal teams.
- Coordinate with banking partners as necessary to ensure efficient cash management and payment processes.
- Manage and update the Treasury Management System.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in private credit.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and managing time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Availability to work during standard business hours.
Additional responsibilities may encompass budget versus actual reconciliations and forecasting for expenses and/or revenue.
