Position Summary
The Financial Reconciliation Specialist plays a crucial role in the accurate and timely management of financial resources. This position is vital for overseeing reporting and ensuring process execution aligns with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily audits of cash and credit card transactions
  • Oversee chargeback processing and related reporting
  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve disputed credit card charges
  • Prepare journal entries for the general ledger
  • Execute monthly bank reconciliations
  • Investigate and address discrepancies
  • Manage requests for change orders and armored transport services
  • Assist with Merchant ID and Terminal ID requests
  • Process wire and ACH transactions
  • Facilitate daily cash deposits
  • Respond to inquiries from various locations
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in credit card processing
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred
  • At least one year of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
