Position Summary

The Financial Reconciliation Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing the accurate management of financial transactions and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily audits of cash and credit card transactions
  • Manage chargeback processes and generate reports
  • Collaborate with finance teams to resolve disputed credit card charges
  • Prepare journal entries for the general ledger
  • Execute monthly bank reconciliations
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve reconciling items
  • Request change orders and coordinate armored car services
  • Assist with Merchant ID and Terminal ID requests
  • Process wire transfers and ACH requests
  • Prepare daily cash deposits
  • Address inquiries from various locations
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience in credit card processing
  • Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
