As the Office Coordinator, you will work as a member of our tenured team to support the efficient operation of our office. In this position, you will partner closely with our internal team, candidates, clients, and third-party vendors. Our ideal candidate is flexible, friendly, and willing to lean into different areas to help our business run smoothly.

This position is based out of our Madison, WI office. The role will be a hybrid model: in office Monday to Thursday and remote on Friday. Our office's hours of operation are 8am - 5pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am - 4pm on Friday.

The Office Coordinator is a core member of our Madison-based team, and the position offers the opportunity to partner closely with individuals at an exciting time in their lives - when they are starting in a new career

What you will be doing:

Greet & assist visitors to our office and manage incoming phone calls, directing individuals to the appropriate contactsOrganize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office eventsProvide support in the onboarding process to for new employees, which includes processing employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), background checks, drug testing, and other relevant documentationAssist with payroll and timekeeping to ensure accurate, timely processing of employee hours and compensationGreet & assist visitors to our office and manage incoming phone calls, directing individuals to the appropriate contacts What we are looking for: Prior administrative or HR coordinator experience is a plus, but not requiredHR, Business, or related degree is a plus, but not requiredExcellent time management and organizational skills Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with different technology systemsStrong customer service skills to provide support to candidates and address their inquiries Benefits:
