The Role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for curating the world-class app marketplace for Podium's AI-powered lead conversion platform. You will work directly with partners and customers to identify integration opportunities and deliver product value daily. You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to detail requirements and drive successful integration launches. And you will manage the health of a scalable ecosystem. We're on a mission to help local businesses win, and we need technically-minded people like you to connect the systems and data to make that possible.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) for integrations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager, Integrations to support the product roadmap.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful integration launch.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure a seamless user experience for integrations.
  • Assist go-to-market teams in the successful launch of new integrations.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather integration requirements and provide support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's API and guide partners on its usage.
  • Engage regularly with customers to identify needs and gather feedback on integrations.
  • Present integration project updates and strategies to internal stakeholders.

About You:

  • 2+ years of product management experience, with a focus on integrations.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and leverage API documentation.
  • Proven experience in building detailed product requirements documents (PRDs).
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias towards ownership and impact.
  • Ability to independently initiate and drive projects with minimal guidance.
