Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise systems that optimize workforce productivity through cloud technologies.

Specific Duties:
  • Manage operational support for all environments within your technical domain effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with enterprise standards and best practices, planning and executing necessary optimizations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide strategic guidance to business partners for optimal utilization of technologies and solutions.
  • Drive improvements in team services through the adoption of new technologies, refined processes, and comprehensive training.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and documentation to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Oversee technical programs and projects through all phases of execution.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility in work hours, including availability for nights and weekends as needed.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and public cloud services, particularly Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with ITSM methodologies and database platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in creating technical documentation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
