Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled in providing technical support efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in addressing IT-related challenges and assisting with the enhancement and upkeep of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily monitoring of systems to ensure optimal performance

• Offer support for operating systems, applications, hardware, and VoIP for both on-site and remote users

• Execute hardware upgrades for desktops and laptops

• Oversee inventory management for hardware and software

• Facilitate the procurement and expense management of end-user equipment

• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and basic training

• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation while enhancing IT processes

• Participate in project planning, implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning of IT software systems

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a support desk or systems administration capacity
  • Proficient in endpoint deployment for both Windows and macOS
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra/AAD) is essential
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools such as VMware Workstation or Hyper-V is advantageous
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Windows task scheduling
  • Experience with VoIP, VDI (Windows 365), and various workstation brands
  • Familiarity with Help Desk Service Request systems, such as Zendesk
  • Proficient in remote access and meeting software, particularly Zoom and Teams
  • Understanding of corporate communication platforms like Teams and Slack
  • Willingness to respond to urgent issues outside of regular business hours
  • Preferred certifications: MCP, A+, Network+, Server+, or similar
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a creative approach to challenges
