Job Description:

The Service Desk Analyst plays a crucial role in providing support for basic technology-related incident resolution and requests reported to the service desk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Addressing and resolving basic incidents and requests
  • Using appropriate CTI categories for logging incidents and requests
  • Creating a positive customer support experience and building strong relationships
  • Ensuring the end-to-end customer experience and serving as a single point-of-contact for the customer
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents and requests regarding application software or hardware
  • Growing general knowledge of current products to enhance first contact resolution
  • Providing after hours and on-call support
  • Maintaining confidentiality with regard to patient care and employee information

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Epic support is highly desirable, familiarity with Service Now is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to learn specific applications, technology, and terminology
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ticketing systems
  • Prior experience in supporting customers with application software
  • Customer service orientation and/or training
