Now seeking a dynamic and talented Sommelier to join The Clocktower's service team This position will be responsible for guiding guest's experience through service and administrative and educational functions.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:

- 2+ years of Sommelier experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- The ability to work 3 - 4 shifts per week
- Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
- Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service while under pressure
- An uncompromising commitment to excellence and team success
- A warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor
