In this position...

  • This role will work closely with Marketing Sales & Service, ad agencies, media partners and other internal Ford teams to analyze and communicate campaign performance insights.
  • You will be working with a cross-functional team to aggregate and analyze data.

What you'll do...

  • Manage various external partners that are critical to media reporting
  • Drive core insights and storytelling to improve advertising effectiveness
  • Create & coordinate reports for management and business units
  • Collaborate with external data partners, agencies, and vendors to assist with data collection, reporting, and campaign tagging

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience which includes:
  • analysis experience, working with multiple stakeholders and supporting often complex decision-making processes
  • experience in an advertising, marketing analytics and/or digital media planning role

  • Experience in Media planning/ Communications/ Advertising Theory
  • Statistical knowledge is foundational to the role
  • Project management skills and the ability to own complex analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to interact easily with all levels of end-users and technical resources
  • Experience working with outside technology consultants, both in a strategic and tactical context
  • Experience in a media-focused environment is desired, but not necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team setting and manage workflow(s)
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments at the same time
  • Proven capability to think systemically, strategically, and analytically while executing decisively
  • Ability to integrate data and findings from other areas and present a holistic view of a position
  • Ability to anticipate, quickly address, and make correct decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
