About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Measurement and Analytics Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by providing critical insights and recommendations based on complex data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in data analysis to analyze complex data sets and generate insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and KPIs, and develop comprehensive measurement strategies to track performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, correlations, and patterns that can inform business strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation on the application of analytics and data-driven insights in the energy sector.
  • Develop and implement robust measurement systems and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and measurement, and apply this knowledge to improve our capabilities.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as Spotfire or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying trends, correlations, and patterns in data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • A deep understanding of the energy sector, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
