- Disaster Recovery Planning: Assist in formulating and testing disaster recovery strategies for cloud environments. Ensure that backup and recovery processes are established and functioning as intended.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Security Acumen: Knowledge of cloud security best practices and tools. Experience with identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security in cloud settings.
- Analytical Capability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to evaluate cloud performance and recommend enhancements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Prior experience in a cloud engineering or cloud support capacity.
