The $30 Billion branded swag supply chain is a complete mess, filled with too many products, too many intermediaries, too little quality control, and not enough technology.

SwagUp is disrupting the industry by streamlining the end to end supply chain and making it available through a single platform utilizing powerful APIs and interfaces (e.g. dashboard). As the fastest growing swag company, we have made great strides towards our mission of eliminating the friction in the swag creation and distribution process. Role Overview:

We're looking for master relationship builders Through the SwagUp journey, we've come to realize, no matter how great your technology is, people buy from people. Regional Account Executives at SwagUp are our eyes and ears on the ground, acquiring and expanding relationships with top customers throughout New York and New Jersey, by being out in the field.

You will be part of a brand new initiative at SwagUp, helping us build the foundation of an Outside Sales Program that will be replicated across the nation. As one of our first regional reps, there is endless opportunity to build your book of business, while also impacting expansion into future territories.

We believe swag is incredibly impactful, but incredibly underutilized because of all of the friction involved in buying and distributing it. We are on a mission to Empower meaningful connections for organizations worldwide by simplifying branded merchandise management.
Our Regional AEs help our customers realize the full potential of swag in their organizations. It starts with a deep relationship rooted in trust and is backed by our world-class platform and capabilities.

The best AEs are more akin to consultants than they are sales people. Great AEs are curious, they deeply understand their customer's business in order to uncover problems that align with solutions they can provide. We win through partnership, not mindless pushing.

Note: This is a Hybrid role based in the New York & New Jersey area. Candidates must be willing and able to travel within both areas to meet with clients & colleagues on a regular basis.


What We Expect:

  • Build the type of relationships with your customers that lead to wedding invites and weekend texts.
  • Navigate enterprises to build deep relationships across all teams, leveraging internal and external connections.
  • Ability to provide powerful solutions to customers by asking questions that uncover pain.
  • Understanding of internal and external technology and how it works together to provide value to customers.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm to spend days traveling to different customer locations.
  • Ability to command a conference room full of buyers and communicate our value effectively.
  • Resilience to face discomfort and rejection in the pursuit of achievement.
  • Coordinate with multiple SwagUp team members to meet the needs of our customers and give yourself leverage.
  • Prospect, primarily within existing accounts, but also to net new key accounts in the area.
  • Capture customer's entire swag budget, while creating demand for net new spend.
  • Strive for 100% customer retention.
  • Willingness to run through walls for your customers.
  • Ability to develop a strong reputation in your community by embedding yourself and exploring creative ways to market yourself locally.
  • Research the top companies in your area and develop a game plan to engage with them.
  • Humility to do the dirty work when needed, but the intellect to know where to get leverage.


Top Candidates Have:

  • Demonstrable track record of building and expanding B2B accounts.
  • Experience selling swag/branded merchandise.
  • Top 10% performer in previous outside sales orgs.
  • History of winning in competitive settings, such as college sports.
  • Endless curiosity for business, startups, and selling.
  • A natural sense for creativity and design.
  • An insatiable desire to reach their full potential.
  • The hunger and ability to source pipeline when needed, even it means walking into random offices.
  • Experience with Salesforce and rigor for data integrity.
