Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and repair, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to providing top-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, repairs, and answer any questions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Utilize company-provided truck and cell phone to manage daily dispatches and service calls.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pool Service Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and pool equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in pool maintenance or related field is a plus.
