University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Clinic in Fridley, MN
The M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Clinic provides a wide variety of valuable services so that we can be a trusted, reliable, and accessible source for quality mental health and addiction care in the community.
In this position you will:
- Care for a panel of patients at the M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Clinic in Fridley, MN.
- See 20-50% of patient visits in-person care and the remaining is remote/telemedicine in this hybrid patient care model.
Your schedule:
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time)
- Day-time clinic hours
- No call

We're Looking For a PA or NP Who Is:
- A graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or formal Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training program.
- Eligible or is certified through NCCPA, ANCC or AANP.
- Licensed or eligible to acquire a license and prescriptive authority through the MN Board of Medical Practice (PAs) or MN APRN license or eligible to acquire a license and prescriptive authority through MN Board of Nursing (NP's).
- Able to meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.

In addition, our psychiatrists have access to consultation, collaborative management or referral with University of Minnesota Department of Psychiatry, University of Minnesota Physicians and Behavioral Healthcare Providers.
