Job Title: Data Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage department relational databases and electronic recordkeeping systems
  • Update records and extract data from sensitive records
  • Analyze data and confidential information, generate custom queries and reports
  • Review entries in electronic record keeping system
  • Interface with managers and developers/vendors
  • Implement new electronic systems
  • Train staff on data programs/systems
  • Coordinate scheduling of crisis response staff
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager of Data Compliance

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration (preferably in healthcare)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong skills in listening, critical thinking, and problem solving
  • Ability to handle sensitive client and patient information with professionalism and confidentiality

Salary Range: $65.90 Hourly
