Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Coordinator II to join our team at RAND. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small data collection projects and assisting with the management of medium to large data collection projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate surveys for RAND Survey Panels, including preparing surveys for programming and providing input on survey design.
  • Test programmed surveys and interact with clients to ensure high-quality results.
  • Communicate with panelists to encourage survey completion and participate in research design discussions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise data collection staff to ensure high-quality data collection.
  • Author reports and client summaries to communicate project results and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Experience managing data collection projects and familiarity with best practices in social science or policy research methods.
  • Familiarity with computer-assisted interview applications and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Chinese a plus.
What We Offer

RAND offers a competitive salary range of $62,700 - $93,500, plus sabbatic pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid time-off.
