Position: Enterprise Account Manager

Job Overview:
This role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with key large customers while also developing new business opportunities through negotiations and partnerships.

Goals and Objectives:

  • Retain and grow relationships with enterprise accounts under the guidance of the Director of Enterprise Sales
  • Identify partnership opportunities, assess their value, and lead the negotiation process for successful collaborations
  • Take charge of post-contract relations with business development partners to foster positive associations and explore avenues for business expansion

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new enterprise accounts and partnerships
  • Manage existing enterprise clients and address their queries
  • Seek additional revenue opportunities with assigned accounts and partners
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization
  • Coordinate sales activities across different groups
  • Manage pipeline and appointments effectively
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Travel, present, and engage with customers and partner teams

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in strategic sales and account management
  • 3+ years in technology-related sales, preferably in the computer security industry
  • Understanding of cybersecurity software
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Global work exposure is beneficial
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven
  • Proficiency in PC skills and interpersonal communication
  • University degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
