Electro Mechanical Engineer

Role:

  • Design and integrate electrical and mechanical components into cohesive systems and ensure compatibility, efficiency, functionality and reliability of the integrated systems
  • Utilize CAD or engineering software to create detailed designs, drawings, schematics, layouts and prototypes of system components and assemblies
  • Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input to optimize product performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance team to support the transition of designs from prototype to production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering team, such as radio frequency, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software, to complete projects successfully; mentor junior engineers as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation related to electro-mechanical systems, including technical specifications, design documents, test reports, and user manuals
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes, tools, and methodologies within the engineering team


Requirments:

  • A mechanical engineering degree from an accredited University
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Background in Mechanical engineering with a focus on hardware design
  • Experience with CAD
  • Preferred RF principals and concepts
