Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Manage and solve conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, problems, and solutions to the upper management.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Evaluate and assess the results of the project upon completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically in mechanical construction projects.
- Proven experience in project management and familiarity with construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
