POSITION SUMMARY

The HRIS Manager is responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and necessary updates to all HR systems and supporting systems. This position is responsible to support the functions of HR Operations and Org Development to help them streamline their processes, systems and reporting capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset while focusing on accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and guess service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
  • Have a deep understanding and respect for the organization's culture and norms of behavior.
  • Identify, define, and implement solutions that address the needs of the team, while considering broader implications and outcomes.
  • Manage the use and maintenance of our HR Systems including ADP Vantage, Recruitment Management, Benefits, LMS, Leave Admin (ADP Time), Talent Management Suite, and Case IQ.
  • Manage, edit, and troubleshoot all vendor share files and ADPR file feeds.
  • Manage access, creation, and updates for all reporting in ADPR.
  • Create and manage all support tickets and change initiatives.
  • Manage the change, testing, and implementation process for open enrollment.
  • Manage security profiles and access-controlled processes for all HR systems.
  • Manage the changes/updates for link and document storage for MyADP.
  • Ensure compliance of retention and recordkeeping of department files.
  • Manage the cycle and system configuration for performance reviews and development plans.
  • Oversee the maintenance and conduct process changes for Team Member Relations and Benefits processes in Case IQ.
  • Maintain and conduct changes for system workflows for HR operations and supporting groups (Team Members, Managers, Payroll, etc.).
  • Complete the periodic review, revision, and general maintenance of position classifications, salary grades, and salary ranges to ensure accuracy across systems and processes.
  • Mange the set up and configuration tables in ADP for all HR systems.
  • Conduct analysis of reports and data sets to identify trends that impact the HR team and the greater business and present viable solutions for any gaps.
  • Provide analysis and advice on all matters related to Human Resources process and procedures.
  • Inspire continuous improvement by assisting with the development, implementation, and assessment of Human Resources' systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Use assessment results to improve Human Resources functions and practices, and processes.
  • Provide configuration and set up for all LMS functions.
  • Assist the benefits team to streamline communication and make updates for process changes to ADP Time.
  • Apply insight and creativity to continue to scale HR systems and processes to accommodate business growth and expansion.
  • Assist the Org development team to create, update, and maintain training modules focused on ADP systems and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Proven leader and skilled administrator who will introduce creative strategies and approaches for policies, programs, and systems.
  • Possess the management style to successfully facilitate various change initiatives and develop and maintain productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expert level knowledge in various HR technologies and ADP Software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be proficient in excel and be able to utilize its functionality to conduct accurate data analysis.
  • Approachable and open communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team.
  • Credible advisor who is committed to mentorship and the professional growth of both the HR Team and all Graton Resort & Casino Team Members.
  • Resourceful problem solver with a strong focus on excellent guest service and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment operating at a rapid pace with high intensity and frequent change; with the ability to juggle multiple projects or tasks at once and take on new initiatives in short notice.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or other related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator for an HR Team.
  • 3+ years' experience working directly with the configuration side of an ADP system.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with an HR system creation, HRIS implementation or major system change to support a process change/implementation.
