  • Confirm logistics and oversee large meeting spaces (5% Daily).
  • Client Interaction:
  • Conduct walkthroughs, confirm logistics, and report interactions (35% Daily).
  • Event Details:
  • Record IT, Facilities, Meeting Support, and Catering information (10% Daily).
  • Issue Special Event Forms for event logistics (10% Daily).
  • Participate in weekly event meetings (5% Daily).
  • Reporting:
  • Run daily setup reports and create event sheets and room usage reports (5% Daily).
  • Client Check-ins:
  • Ensure client needs are met and verify room occupancy (10% Daily).
  • Coordination:
  • Work with Executive Assistants and Space Management Team for catering and meeting needs (10% Daily).
  • Policy Compliance:
  • Follow Forrest Solutions and client policies and safety regulations (8.5% Daily).
  • Training:
  • Participate in training sessions (1.5% Weekly).

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in hospitality, event planning, or related fields.
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, A/V equipment).
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Occasional bending, pushing/pulling, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
