PART- TIME dream role Off on Mondays and Fridays This role is mostly in-person.

 

Approx 18-24+ hours per week, Tuesday-Thursday with flexibility. The location is off of 485 near the Airport and Charlotte White Water Center. 

 

50-year Architectural Concrete Contracting with 8-10 employees. Google-based platform company trying to achieve paperless operation within 3 years. New, modern office/warehouse with a professional office environment located close to the airport with easy interstate access.


Seeking self-starting, professional individual with proficiency in Google platform and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

 

●       Assisting with various administrative duties throughout the office.

●       Drafting, proofreading correspondence and good with simple math calculations.

●       Read and take action on emails from multiple accounts

●       Scheduling and calendaring project schedules, meetings, and events.

●       Answering and returning phone calls professionally.

●       Assisting with special project requests, orders, rental equipment, or deliveries.

●       Processing daily tickets, receipts and being able to organize, scan, and upload to Drive.

●       Process information to correct accounting categories and project folders.

●       Assist with data collection regarding time & materials work or change orders.

●       Assist with monthly AIA pay applications, billing and change orders.

●       Maintain vehicle logs for repairs, inspections, tag and scheduled maintenance.

●       Compiling weekly time tracking and calculations in preparation for payroll.

●       Sort and scan old data into the current drive storage for future reference.

●       Use of company vehicles to run small errands or post office box runs.

 

Qualifications

 

●       Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred.

●       Prior construction knowledge is important concerning referencing materials and supplies.

●       Strong communication skills both in person and via telephone and email communications

●       Proficient in Google Drive, email, calendar or Google Enterprise experience

●       Working knowledge of AIA construction billing.

●       Organization and attention to detail.

●       Ability to work independently of supervision alone in the office at times.
