  1. Support in the production of the monthly reporting package from the data warehouse to compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  2. Analyzes monthly results and provides feedback to the business unit teams on key variances relating to sales volume, price, mix, purchases, discounts, and payroll.
  3. Assist in the monthly and quarterly board of director preparation by analyzing variances within financials and operational metrics.
  4. Work with Leadership to refine metrics; collect, report, and analyze performance metrics and propose actions for business improvements.
  5. Responsible for the annual budget, creating financial models, and updating rolling forecasts.
  6. Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with business leaders including Senior Management, Operations, and Purchasing.
  7. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to finance and operations projects, as needed.
