As a Financial Analyst, you will implement accounting practices and principles that facilitate the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
Conduct branch audit assessments
Compile bank reconciliations and account schedules
Prepare journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations
Participate in an accurate and timely month-end closing process
Assist team members with inquiries regarding accounting policies and procedures
Analyze fluctuations in income statements
Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures
Manage financial records and assist in financial reporting
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with other departments
May handle travel and expense reports, coding, account classifications, and reimbursement amounts
May be responsible for the preparation of sales and other tax returns
