Responsibilities:

● Achieve business development targets within designated Enterprise Accounts.

● Manage client order processing and solution delivery efficiently.

● Ensure a quick, streamlined order-to-hire process to maintain high customer satisfaction.

● Source and deliver highly qualified professionals to client accounts.

● Collaborate with sales to develop and implement strategic account plans.

● Communicate immediate client needs to the recruiting team.

● Identify new opportunities within client accounts to enhance customer success.

● Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring new hires are set up for success.


Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in staffing/recruiting or the IT staffing industry

● Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed weekly activity targets.
