As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while providing exceptional service to an established book of business and valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through active communication and follow-up in a pre-existing client base and defined territories.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively articulate how the solutions, equipment or tools can address those needs, while providing timely and efficient service and sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong desire to succeed, coachable and a possessing a strong willingness to learn.
  • An entrepreneurially minded person, a self-starter who gets things done, and needs minimal direction
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bi-lingual: Spanish and English - highly preferred
  • Travel opportunities up to 10% across CA, US, Mexico and Central America
