Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Join our client's dynamic team as an Executive and Personal Assistant, where you’ll provide essential support to the CEO in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment who has won the award as one of the best places to work in USA since 2014 Be the go-to contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage a busy schedule, and balance executive and personal tasks with creativity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Be available Monday – Friday and on-call during evenings and weekends.
- Manage a bustling calendar, prepare confidential correspondence, and arrange travel plans with ease.
- Ensure the Executive's schedule flows smoothly, acting as a gatekeeper to optimize their time.
- Liaise with Board members, vendors, and partners on key initiatives.
- Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Research and prioritize sensitive matters addressed to the Executive, determining appropriate action.
- Keep the Executive informed of commitments and stay ahead of potential issues.
- Foster crucial connections for organizational success and manage special projects.
- Handle correspondence and essential tasks to enhance the Executive’s effectiveness.
- Address urgent matters proactively and push projects to completion.
- Balance personal (15%) and executive duties (85%), coordinating social engagements and managing residential properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous support for C-Level Executives in a fast paced environment
- Stellar organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
- Expert written and verbal communication prowess.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Resourceful team player who can also excel independently. - High discretion in managing confidential information.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Technologically savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working Environment
- Enjoy a normal business office setting in our clients Tampa headquarters, with availability for after-hours communication as needed.
- Travel may be required.
