Human Resources Coordinator

In this role, the HR Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Talent Development to ensure the organization’s HR policies, process, and practices are efficient and high performing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help create, implement, communicate, and ensure the consistent application of firm policies, protocols, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Development to maximize success in recruiting new talent to the organization
  • Capture and analyze recruitment metrics to support data-driven decisions
  • Be the go-to source for internal and external HR-related queries and requests
  • Promote our company culture through engagement initiatives, events, and Team-building activities
  • Organize the new hire orientation process and enhance the onboarding experience
  • Facilitate performance reviews and identify training needs to support Team member development


Success as an HR Coordinator will be measured by your:

  • Ability to deliver quality work on time, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to firm strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
  • Build strong working relationships across departments, promoting collaboration and alignment with overall company objectives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, etc) is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in an HR role
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft and present clear firm protocols and policies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR performance metrics, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, HR analytics software), and the ability to translate insights into recommendations
  • Adeptness in Learning Management Systems and Project Management Systems (Asana preferred)
  • Experience in compensation design, administration, and compliance


Compensation Structure:

  • Base salary will be commensurate with experience
