Are you a highly skilled and motivated marketing professional looking to make a significant impact? Twin Oaks Real Estate is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and in-person as needed. In-person work will primarily occur in Walnut Creek or Benicia.


Responsibilities


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Twin Oaks Real Estate’s brand and market presence.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead the execution of diverse marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving lead generation and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and perform competitor analysis.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Digital Management: Optimize and manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to refine marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage their expertise for successful marketing campaigns.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is preferred but not required.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide a marketing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in real estate marketing is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
