About this Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while meeting the company’s staffing requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.


Candidate Sourcing and Screening

  • Source candidates through online channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.


Interview Coordination and Selection:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide interview feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.


Candidate Experience Management:

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status.

Provide constructive feedback to candidates who were not selected.


Offer Management and Onboarding:

  • Extend job offers.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.


Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire).
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present recruitment reports to management and make data-driven recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, we use Greenhouse and Rippling at Topsort.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
