Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - Minimum 2 days in office, 3 days to start)

About the Team: Join our Boston-based U.S. Talent Acquisition Team, which includes a TA Manager, two Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs), and a Senior Sourcer. Our Boston office, located on Boylston Street, serves as our flagship U.S. location, providing stunning views, Scandinavian design, and a collaborative environment. Role Overview: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global, matrixed organization. We are looking for someone with experience in complex recruitments, whether advanced or technical. A degree is usually required, but equivalent experience is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Core Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Database Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive recruitment database to streamline the hiring process.
  • Best Practices Development: Develop and implement hiring best practices, focusing on eliminating unconscious bias and training hiring managers on recruiting from diverse backgrounds.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current recruitment market trends and industry best practices.

Key Deliverables:

  • Interview Support: Provide effective partnering support for all hiring managers during 2nd stage interviews, including delivering feedback and structuring interviews.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with external vendors for recruitment, internships, training, and pre-employment procedures.
  • Internship and Program Management: Oversee internships and rotational programs as needed.
  • Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have the necessary tools for success.

  • P&D Global Leadership
  • P&D Global Services
  • Management (for advanced search assignments)
  • Talent Pipeline Managers and HRBPs
Success Criteria & Focus Areas:
  • Successful execution of advanced search processes with sustainable and satisfactory solutions.
  • Smooth coordination of external search supplier activities, enhancing relationships, processes, and solutions.
  • Efficient recruitment processes with high satisfaction scores.
  • Documented achievements in process improvements and project contributions, including D&I initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or a related HR field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy.
    • Fluent in English with strong reasoning skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and procedures.
    • A learner's mindset.
