- Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Leverage social media, industry events, and other channels to build and maintain a positive reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Ensure a diverse talent pipeline and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience managing people in a geographically disperse recruitment function. Prior experience with high volume recruiting is required.
- Experience at a high-growth company and in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Ability to travel 25-40% is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and talent management best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of recruitment technology and tools.
- A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
