Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure programs such as recruitment, onboarding, training, recognition, etc. promote a positive culture and reinforce the company’s values.
  • Administers employee performance management and development process.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. Ultimately responsible for ensuring employee records are complete, organized, and in compliance with any regulatory requirements.
  • Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to manage risk.
  • Facilitate employee termination as needed, ensuring proper documentation and mitigation of potential employment litigation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
